Erin McLain is an experienced CEO who has a passion for leadership and empowering the teams and individuals she works with. She has an exceptional ability to quickly identify challenges and opportunities within organizations and take efficient and strategic actions. Erin has worked with over 50 organizations in her career and provided leadership in varying phases of growth including start-up, turn-around, and mergers and acquisitions.

After nearly 30 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Erin has expertise in project, organizational and financial management, implementing systems and infrastructure, board governance and program delivery. She has worked in the areas of arts and culture, health and human services, healthcare, education, youth development, professional services and association management.

Erin has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and lives in Denver with her husband and twin daughters.
